Who can purchase from Mechant’s Corner eShop?

We only offer our products to active account holders. This means that those who have committed to a relationship with us through opening an account will have access to our products and services that go beyond what is available to the public. By choosing to do business with us, account holders are demonstrating their loyalty and trust in our brand. We believe it is our duty to reward that trust with a range of benefits and perks tailored to their needs. Our account holders can expect service and attention that sets us apart from our competitors. Therefore, we decided that order placed by a non-account holder will needs to be rejected. I have placed the order, what happens next?

If you already have an account with Q&Y, you can proceed to order from our merchant corner. Please be advised that only until we send you an order acknowledgement, the order is not confirmed and finalised. We will send you an email regarding the turnaround time of your order as some of the items require longer preparation times.

Why hand samples are limited to only 1 piece per product?

Our hand samples are intended for customers to get an idea and feel at our product to determine if they would like to include them in their product range. This is not intended for distribution to end-users. If you required hand samples for that purpose, you can purchase a pack via one of our sample arrangements, or alternatively, if you needed to post a sample to your client, you can consider using our direct sample posting service which is available to our customers holding gold tier accounts or above.
